  7. Recipient Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate recipient information, including the delivery address, contact number, and recipient name. RAFAEL AZEVEDO will not be responsible for any delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  8. Delivery Attempts: The shipping carrier will make multiple delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to RAFAEL AZEVEDO . The customer will be contacted to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.

  9. Delivery Confirmation: Once the package is successfully delivered to the provided address, RAFAEL AZEVEDO considers the order fulfilled. The customer can track the delivery status using the provided tracking number.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: RAFAEL AZEVEDO allows customers to request returns within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The package must be appropriately packed and sent with a reputable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. RAFAEL AZEVEDO is not responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping.

  5. Inspection and Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, RAFAEL AZEVEDO will inspect its condition. If the item meets the return criteria, the customer will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.

  9. Cancellations: Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order processing will have started, and cancellations may not be possible.
